The people there were very very gentil and kind to my dog seeing he was 14 years old.
I leave the reviewing to the dogs: Every time I drop them off at Happy Tails they are so excited to see the staff and they run towards the back kennel area with tails wagging, no looking back. I can tell they are comfortable and happy here, whether it be for daycare or boarding, and that means the world to me!
Love this place and so does Jazzy, she can't wait to get in there and play with her friends, Thank you Happy Tails for providing a safe, fun daycare for our babies to play.
When I picked up my little Piper, she seemed happy which made me feel good! Highly recommend and will use again!
I recommend Happy Tails to everyone! I originally went to Happy Tails for dog food, because I wanted to switch my dogs to a higher quality food. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but the staff helped me pick one and my picky eater LOVES it! I have boarded at other places and my female is always skinnier and can't leave fast enough when I pick them up. That was not the case here, she was happy and hadn't lost weight. A big shout out to the staff at Happy Tails...my boys Dexter and Donovan always have an awesome time when they go to see you..as Basset Hounds, they have a tendency to be a little rambunctious....and loud!!! Never an issue at Happy Tails, they are always greeted with smiles, and love...the name is most appropriate...when they come home....be it from daycare, or from boarding as this last weekend...they are always content!! My poor little boy! Took him to the kennel for the weekend thinking it would be way too hot to take him camping. After he was home and his hair was being brushed we realized he had two punctures from teeth on top of his head. I called and asked about it and they said he was not involved in any fights, it may just be from rough housing. Hope it doesn't get infected.
I highly recommend Happy Tails. I was so nervous to leave my dog for the first time overnight somewhere but they did amazing with him and you could tell he had a great time. The staff was super attentive to his needs and friendly both at drop off and pickup - we even got a cute report card to tell us how he did. It's great to have peace of mind that our pup will be well taken care of by people who love dogs just as much as we do!
