I will never used this place again. Every time I took my dog here for a bath I was being charged a higher price for the same service. Jeannie was lying to me about unauthorized services I had not approved. The last time I took her in I don't think they gave her a bath, I had to give her one 2 days later. I would not recommend this place.
Fantastic Experience! The staff at Happy Tails is second to none. From the moment I arrived with my pet to the second I walked out the door, the staff showed absolute professionalism. I would feel absolutely comfortable with leaving my pet at this facility if it is ever required!
