Pavel is the best!! We came to Happy Tail years ago and were so pleased. We've been away from Fayetteville for the past 6 years and just recently moved back. THANKFULLY, Pavel is still on Ramsey St. His prices are very reasonable, he is so good with my babies, his work is fantastic, and he gets them done quickly!! I won't go anywhere else!!
I called today to make an appointment for my two morkies....the guy that answered the phone was extremely rude.....when I asked him what type of availability they had he said how soon could I get there.... I told him it'll be over an hour since I live 30+ minutes away....he replied well we don't take any pets after 1000....I said well I can't make a trip in under a minute....he said well thanks for calling bye bye...... I was getting ready to ask for any other times and dates this week and his rude ass hung up in my face....... read more
Pavel is excellent with my dogs. We've used Happy Tails since they opened on Ramsey St. My senior dog was treated like a queen even when she needed so much extra care. Our new puppy Mandy loves Pavel and I have always had wonderful service.
