Friendly staff and very helpful.
Would be zero stars if posdible I have called all the Happy banks in Amarillo trying to get some help with my bank account and they will not even answer the phone. If whomever at Centennial bank replies to this review please state why the phone is not answered at any location I call? Is it due to customer support being farmed out to god knows where? Bad bad bad.
We closed our account on the day they became centennial bank or whatever. Got a call from them today (roughly 2 months later) saying we owed them fees for charges that went through after we closed our account. I've heard from several people that the same thing has happened to them. Happy never closed the accounts like we were told and instead we were being charged overdraft fees for charges coming through. This bank has become crooks and we all need to complain to the BBB. I certainly am.
