They’re usually great but they’re constantly doing “internet and website maintenance” which denies you access into your own information ($) I’ve needed to check funds and automatic payments so I don’t overdraft and I cannot. If I overdraft because I’m not able to make proper arrangements it’s by the fault of happy state bank. Which they will do NOTHING about the trouble they’ll have caused if this does happen. Stopped by to withdraw and check balances. No one came out at counter or acknowledged us. Tried to fill out a slip and all pens were dry. Stood at counter and clearly saw a lady at the drive thru area and she just stood there. We left and used the atm outside. Where there was clearly not one car being helped. We've been long time customers at Dumas branch. This was so disappointing to have experienced at this branch. Will not be bothering with your banks in Amarillo.
