Friendly and helpful employees! Great bank!
Bad banking practices. We had an account at this bank for multiple years. Overdrafted the account on occasion and always had it paid back in time. Can't help Financial issues but we never defaulted. Got a letter in the mail saying that we had until the 12th to get it paid back or they would close the account and charge it off. On the 11th, at exactly midnight, they charged it off and close the account...a day early.
