Since we have never tried a mobile groomer, Happy Spa Dogs Mobile Grooming seemed to have some good reviews of their services so decided to try them. Happy Spa Dogs Mobile Grooming arrived as scheduled, groomer Lauren introduced herself & described all the services she would perform on our two little dogs. When finished with our first dog, she informed us of an accident where she was attempting to trim our dog’s nails and felt the need to put a muzzle on our dog. While nail trimming, our dog attempted to remove the muzzle and a mail became detached and bleeding began. Groomer Lauren did a good job of bandaging the injury, suggested we take our dog to a Vet soon and said she had discussed the entire matter with Willie @ Happy Spa Dogs Mobile Grooming and all of our Vet expenses would be paid by Happy Spa Dogs Mobile Grooming. We have called Happy Spa Dogs Mobile Grooming numerous times to get Willie to call us regarding this matter. He finally returned our call & assured us that Happy Spa Dogs Mobile Grooming would reimburse us for our Vet expenses as soon as we sent him the invoice, which we did within minutes of our conversation, which took place on Friday, January 28, 2022. It is now Friday, February 4, 2022, 10 days since the accident, and we have yet to receive any reimbursement for our Vet expenses, nor has anyone called to check on our dog’s condition. Be careful of this mobile grooming service!
