Their groomers are GREAT. The management’s communication with the customer is NONEXISTENT!! I’ve used them multiple times and only return because of the groomers. I’ll be looking for someone that doesn’t dodge dealing with paying customers!!👎👎👎

I have no idea how good or bad their actual grooming services are. but their communication service leaves a lot to be desired! Twice I have filled out information for an appointment. The first time I received no return contact whatsoever. I am still waiting for a follow-up from the last email I exchanged with them.

Zero stars. The customer service at the time was subpar. When i called after the appoitnment to discuss the experience the manager was so rude and not wanting to resolve any issues. Reading other review on line after i saw the common theme of the business putting people down and when i posted my review on google the manager fabricated entorly what happened.
