My wife and my daughter were regular customers of this salon for many years doing nails and haircuts. Yesterday, my daughter came home crying after visiting this salon for manicure before prom. She said she spent $80 and they ruined her nails and most importantly ruined what supposed to be a happy day for her. ZERO STARS There's not a chance anyone coming to this salon leaves "happy". Rude and condescending owner and staff who claim to "understand" what you are asking for and then don't follow directions with pictures or without - they just do what they think you want. When called out on their pricing, which I am sure is now biased based on your appearance, they gave me cash back. The owner argued over the "condition" of my credit card before even trying to tape or swipe - and guess what, the card works just fine. All the reviews ... read more
37 dollars for one of the most laughably amateur haircuts I have ever received in my entire life. If the result weren’t so funny - and caused as much of a stir in my coworkers - I would be in a worse mood, but hey.
Terrible! Not at all what I wanted. Very rushed. I went in for a half head of highlight and she literally put 2 foils on the back of my head. Worst $200 I have spent in a longtime.
