Not only did they squeeze my dog in last minute (literally), but they did a WONDERFUL job! It was my pup's first time being groomed and they treated her so well she almost didn't want to leave. The staff was super nice and accommodating to both me and my pet. In addition to having great customer service, they also took less time than they originally estimated! As usual, our dog, Sophie, had a perfect groom! I posted her before & after shots on my Fb page, it wasn't easy, she's a hard model to shoot, but the cut was wonderful!
these ladies LOVE the darlings that come in for pampering and you can tell the darlings are very comfortable there. And, they have goodies you can get for your darlings as well! Everyone leaves happy
Today I brought my long haired Chihuahua Daisy in to be groomed and when I picked her up, she was extremely happy! She had horrible hair mats and bad shedding when I left her, but the girls took great care of her. I will definitely be coming back with Daisy and would suggest the salon to others!
