Former Employee, worked there for almost a year. DO NOT WORK HERE. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! The owners and managers do not care about their employees. The staff are very cliquey, and they treat everyone like we are idiots, especially the new people. Every time a new person comes to work at happy paws they get bullied until they quit or they lie to the managers and get them fired. The facility and staff are all fabulous. We have been taking our dogs here for close to 2 years. Have never had a complaint about them! Day Care, boarding and grooming have all been utilized. Our one high energy dog goes here twice a week and is always well cared for-he comes home TIRED; which mommy and daddy like!
We Love HP ! Jessica has embraced Jett who is a big scared baby .. She knows Exactly how to handle him as well as the rest of the staff . Jett gets there & can hardly wait to get in the back he's so Excited.. ! Thank You Happy paws for loving & caring for Jett..
I LOOOOOOVE Happy Paws! My dog is my "daughter" and I know she is in safe and knowledgeable hands! Every time we arrive the staff makes us feel like we are the VIP of the day! We are at Happy Paws at least once or twice every week whether it's for daycare, grooming or agility training. And there are several months out of the year that my dog spends several nights a week at Happy Paws. I used this resort several times and never had any problems. I decided to try a different one that was closer to where I live, but I'm so disappointed! I will definitely drive again the distance, but make sure my dog is safe and well taken care of! Great job guys!!!
First of all, the staff is very freindly and inviting. They always have a warm smile on everytime I walk through the door. Hannah (my pet dog) is always so excited when I take her to Happy Paws. When I put her in the car she knows exactly where she is going and is always impatiently waiting to see her friends! The resort is great because she gets worn out and is more manageable at home. Plus I am at ease knowing she is being watched and taken well care of... Two thumbs up definitely!! Chris...
I took my super spolied maltese to Happy Paws, following my vets recomendation. Bella was there just for grooming but I was so impressed with this place. First they groomed by dog perfectly which is hardly ever done, they were so nice, and the place looked and smelled nice which is always what turned me off from other places I have visited. I will def be back for grooming and may use them during the holidays to take care of my baby bella!
Wow...it is so refreshing to find a facility that is geared towards those of us who want the best for our pet friends. The owner (an avid animal lover herself, and UCF Alumni) built this place from ground up for the sole purpose of catering to our pampered pets. The suites are private rooms, not some noisy cubical like enclosure. They are so cute.
