I booked with Kathy today last minute and got in quickly. After booking, I received a text with how to find the salon as it can be tricky and was able to get there with no trouble. The salon was clean, private and comfortable. Kathy was attentive to my needs and made sure I had everything I needed and did a fantastic job on my pedicure. Been looking for a new salon. I’ve tried many places. The problem I’ve always run into is the tech wouldn’t listen to what I wanted. Lily made sure that I was happy with her work. This is huge when it’s your first visit. I felt heard and the end result was beautiful. This is a family run business. I love that. The process is different when booking. You must call prior. What a great experience. Kim gave me a manicure and David gave me pedicure. Kathy also removed a splinter from me. I had a great experience. Finally found a place that treats you like family. Make sure you call before you go!
