Terrible, the lady who done my nails was extremely rude, it was blatantly obvious she didn't want to be there. She Skype with someone the majority of the time, I had to talk over her conversation to attempt to tell her what I wanted. She complained about having to trim my nails, she done my design wrong, she also didn't shape my nails the way I asked.
