My wife visited to have her nails removed and was treated with blatant disrespect and racism. Upon arrival, she greeted the staff but was ignored for 10 minutes. When finally acknowledged, it was with a dismissive attitude. The nail technician then proceeded to painfully rip off her nails without proper soaking. Despite my wife's protests, the technician continued. To top it off, a staff member mockingly placed a rag on their own head, called it a "rug," and laughed, clearly ridiculing my wife's hijab. The service was very nice and loved my avocado colored toes. But my nail biacsidently made my toe bleed,but she very nice.
I was there last week. I told them I had a very bad experience in this place before so please do a good job and in a very nice and respectful way but I still not happy with what they this. That's the last time coming here. I do not recommend this place.
