Yesterday, my daughter and I came in for our appointments. I was happy with the work done on my own nails the technician who worked on me was professional and did a good job. However, the staff member who was sitting at the first station near the entrance was very rude and tense. She spoke to my daughter in an unpleasant way, and when I politely asked about the pricing after the service, she responded with an aggressive and dismissive attitude. I had a really great experience at this nail salon. The space was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the staff were friendly from the moment I walked in. My nail technician listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the final result. I’m very satisfied with how my nails turned out.
Love coming here...been coming for over 4 years now (if not longer). Always welcoming and friendly and they do exact what you ask for...sometimes they even do more! Very creative staff. Highly recommend
