I think they do great with services. However… the lady that did my nails decided to give me shit indirectly and passively about going to another place to get my nails done. Pretty sure she’s one of the head people there since she mentions she remembers everyone she works ***Word of advice for this specific person and store: Don’t give people crap about exploring other options when you don’t have slots available for services. Very disappointed. I had heard great things about Happy Nails and was eager to try a full set of acrylics to dissuade myself from biting my nails. They turned out beautifully, but that only lasted two days before the edges were lifting and the first of all of them popped off over 5 days. Also, the last time I got my nails done I remember them trimming the tip to my small nails and this time, just the "closest" size was used. Walked in and first thing we were told was "I don't have time" caught me by surprise, it says open, one customer, and an hour 15 before close time. Asked if not at all today and was told, no, I already have her, very rude!
