I have gone here twice, the first time I went the nail tech was rushed and had someone else finish my nails. I got a fill that ended up lifting on 2 nails. When I returned I had to wait an hour even with an appointment. I told the tech, I believe was the owner my nails were lifting. Multiple times she told me no it is fine. She rushed the fill and mocked my choice in design. 2 weeks later I notice the same 2 nails are lifting. I could see a dark ring underneath so I took the acrylic nail all the way off. I have short nails and the technician insisted on dip. I wasn’t sure , but it turned out pretty good.
I went to Happy Nails & Spa yesterday and I got one of their deluxe pedicures with gel polish and the polish has fallen off of two of my toes already.
Just got my toe nails done here yesterday and now I’m headed to urgent care because my big toe is swollen and leaking puss.. which means they must have used dirty tools on me I’m not sure. I’m so upset and have not gotten my nails done in so long. Very disappointed heads up people
