I’ve been a customer for over 10 years with Kim and Niki. Ever since I’ve been a customer, I’ve had to wait and get skipped from when they were in the Northshore mall, but I continued to come because they are good at what they do. Especially with lashes. I will not discredit them on the work. But the customer service is horrible and unprofessional.
