I don't know what happened here but their quality of service has hit an all time low. If I pay 60 for my nails, they shouldn't be coming up or falling off within the first week and then the one who did it ask what happened. You're what happened. They're so focused on money and piling customers on top of each other that they are doing rush jobs on customers and expect you to pay to repair the issue that was their fault. This place used to earn a 5 star rating, but now they've earned a 0 after the bad service I received. Ok...... read more

After moving from Columbus, Ohio to rural Alabama bout 3 years ago the adjustment was challenging and confusing. At 62 years set in certain patterns and not wanting to travel long distances, I found myself doing just that traveling long distances in search of a nail technician to replace the excellent tech I had in Ohio. When I visit Selma this is the only place I trust to do my feet and hands. Service was excellent as always. However, to the Management of Happy Nails and Spa I was disappointed that you allowed my relaxation time be disrupted by a costumer who thought it was a great idea to have her phone on blast as she listened to TikTok. I don't know about any one else but when I go to any type of spa it is to relax NOT to listen to TikTok for 45 minutes to an hour, especiallyfrom another customers phone.
