I had a terrible experience today and feel like I wasted $80 (including tip). I left feeling wronged and incredibly disappointed. As a male, I felt like my nail tech assumed I didn’t expect a high-quality service. She cut my nails unevenly, left my cuticles poorly trimmed, jagged, and even bloody.
