I’ve gone to happy nails a couple times now and I’m always impressed, they do a great job, they’re careful with their process (I.e. they don’t file your nails until it hurts or carelessly like some places I’ve been in the past) and they’re meticulous with their application. I got builder gel done today and his attention to detail was impressive.
