Caution! – My experience there was awful. I had to wait about 15 minutes before I was seen and I was told that it was a 5 minute wait. Then the manicurist that did my nails proceeded to drill into my skin. As I complained about it she got upset can called over her manager. It was a terrible experience. My fingers were very sore the next day. I also seen another manicurist put used utensils into a plastic pack like they had been sanitized. Horrible Experience! – This is the worst service I have ever experienced at any establishment. Evidently, I'm not the only one who had a terrible experience. We took one for the team. Go somewhere else.

$$$$$ Poo-Poo Nails $$$$$ – I am a Pasadenian and I truly enjoy and take pride in the fine quality of Old Town and the Paseo along with all the other rich artifacts Pasadena brings. I am also a lady of leisure on a beer budget, but I do not hesitate to pay for good service. Unfortunately, Happy Nails does not pose the fine quality that Pasadena delivers. DONT GO AT ALL! – I went there with my girlfriend. I always wanted to go there since it just looks sooo nice! BEWARE~ we went there and the people who was doing our nails was trying to talk us into doing all these random things to our nails. basically services that we dont need or want. the lady who was doing my nails was horrible! she cut my fingers in many places and did such a horible job! i never in my life had such bad nails!

Horrible in every way! – Avoid this nail salon at all costs! We made a reservation for 3 spa pedicures for our group to celebrate a friends birthday. Not only did they forget our reservation, but made us wait a very long time when they made this mistake, and let several walk-in customers ahead of us. Then, when we FINALLY sat down for our pedicures (at all different times even though we booked together so we could sit together) they kept trying to add on extra services and would say the additional price under their breath so... read more
