The employee are courteous and pleasant. There was no wait either, but Im not happy with my polish from my pedicure. It was just done but looks older cause the nail is not fully covered. Ive been here a few times and its been more okay than great h. Be aware they charge a credit\debit card fee and when I was reading the screen to see that, the cashier hit the card button for me instead of letting me read it.
Absolutely awful. I don’t usually write bad reviews. But this was unacceptable. They did my best friends nails so terribly she cried, shaved off a layer of my skin in some spots while drilling. I asked for dip and he basically said no and gave me acrylic when I had already said I didn’t like it. I know that’s partially my fault but I was a little too shy and he had already started. then charged $60 for these monstrosities. I am not one to make bad reviews. However, I am very disappointed with my sisters service. She went here to get her nails done for her engagement pictures and was very excited to have her nails done. The person doing her nails was nice, but seemed inexperienced. She asked for specific nails and even showed a picture of what she wanted. The nails she received weren’t horrible, but just not what she wanted. The lines of her french tips were inconsistent and sloppy and the acrylics had bumps. I've visited Happy Nail Bar twice since Anna and her mother been gone. The experience is not the same! The prices seem to be higher, customer service is not as good anymore and my nails do not last as long. The new nail tech guy doesn't apply acrylic base close to the cuticles properly. After a day or two, I can see spacing in my nails. When Anna did my nails, it didn't do that as fast because she applied the acrylic the way it should. The new nail tech guy is not a patient as Anna.
