I had a really disappointing experience at Happy Nail Bar. I came in for a lash service that I was not happy with and politely asked if it could be corrected. Instead of being met with understanding or professionalism, I was treated with rudeness and complete dismissal. The worst part of the experience was the staff member at the front desk.
