Sarah did an amazing job with my ombre chrome nails, so patient and skilled. I had a great time!
This is the second time I have called and booked an appointment and when I arrive, there mysteriously is no appointment. The owner Tony acts baffled and looks at his book and says something to Kim his wife in their language. Both of them do not even say hi or bye or sorry. They act like I never made an appointment in the first place. I have gone there for years and have to drive from West Kelowna too. I left very disappointed and never received my mani/pedi at all. Sarah can always be counted on for a wonderful pedicure! Her gentle quiet manner and attention to detail is appreciated. Excellent value. This shop isn’t updated as others in town, but service by Sarah at Happy Nails is the best!
