Poor management. Apparently they open at 10am however I have been in my car for more than 10 minutes past the hour and the lights were off and spa closed.

This place doesn’t deserve to be in business..got my nails done ..no polish,no gel just a plain manicure $20 and it's was subpar...WORST EXPERIENCE..this place doesn't even deserve 1 star

the nail art itself looked terrible, the shaping was all weird, like each finger looked different. at the end i asked if an eight dollar tip was okay, and she told me “well usually you tip 20%” like bruh just take the 8 dollars i was gonna give you. and then when i went back to try to get money back because of how bad they were, i only could get 10 dollars back (when i payed 80) and then she took off the nail design and filed it with the electric file thing, my pinkie literally started bleeding because she kept going over my... read more

The service was okay, wasn't the best. The woman asked me at the end of the service to pay her a tip by Zelle or cash, which I thought was very unprofessional. If I want to pay a tip, I'll pay a tip, but I don't need you, harassing me to pay a tip.
