I used to come to happy nails years ago but I moved further away and I finally made it back to this location in plaza americas mall and they are just as sweet as last time. We were greeted upon entering the salon and asked what we wanted done with a smile which is a plus for me! One of the ladies actually remembered us from years ago. Very unprofessional. Communication was really bad and they would not listen to what I had to say even when I said they was hurting me. I came in yesterday for a pedicure and manicure. First red flag was when she drilled my cuticles which was very painful. Pain level was 9/10. The next day my toe nail started peeling really bad and now my toe is infected. I would not recommend this place.

In this place they are terrible, but the older lady with short red hair is scared because she makes her nails very orible and today she treats me very badly, I don't know why they have people like that for customer service, they have to be friendly and people with experience
