Nail tech was outside smoking a cigarette came right in to sit down to do my nails didn't wash his hands or anything. Then it was junky and cluttered inside. Yeah, no thanks. Miracle Nails on Jefferson does a wonderful job!
Just go through and look at the employees and owners responses to complaints. They are so unprofessional! The entire salon smells like cigarettes. It's filthy inside. Save your time and your money. I'm calling the board on this place. My wife walked in and walked right out. Disgusting. & the way they talk to people if you have a complaint or don't agree with something is dishonorable. Shame!
Did not deliver on promise to correct poor fill. 5 days after receiving a fill every mail was lifting. Told me they would fix the fill two days after the complaint. The nails continued to lift getting hair dirt and moisture under them so I soaked them off. When I returned on the agreed date for them to fix my nails they tried to make me pay for a full 1/2 price for a full set. While I get the cost aspect, that's not my problem.
