Not so Happy nails! So I just got a basic pedicure with gel polish fingernails. I made it clear basic pedicure I don't need or wanna pay extra for gel polish because I don't need it on my feet,but need on my fingernails because they are natural. They tried to upcharge to soak my gel polish nails saying they were something they were not as in acrylic or tips. This was truly the most unpleasant nail experience of my life. Do not recommend every single one of their nail techs cuts me Even the customer service is bad as my nail tech was watching a Netflix movie as he was doing my nails It. I have given them multiple tries and they just cannot get it right. DO NOT GO HERE
I was a walk-in without an appointment and was helped within just a few minutes. Lilly did an amazing job on my gel manicure and gel pedicure. She was very friendly. She took her time but was also efficient. She worked with my difficult nails and made everything look amazing ! Also she offered me water, coke or Diet Coke which was a nice bonus.
