Waited for over 20 minutes even when I called and had an appointment time. I’m sure wait time would've been much longer, ended up leaving and going to another salon down the road who sat and attended to me immediately. Not first time I’ve gone to happy and was told they would be with me shortly. Awful with time management. Will not be coming back
I made an an appointment for 2 o’clock and at 2:30 they still hadn’t started. I left very unsatisfied.
They do a great job and are extremely kind; howeve, the wait time is exceptionally long for a pedicure even with an appointment. Sometimes it is an hour wait! Beware of that if you are on a time crunch. Perhaps they can’t take walking and appointments during certain times.
love this nail salon ,the owner is always so nice & welcoming and appreciates 😊 his customers, my nails always look great too ,clean and great service !
