Went to get a simple French manicure coffin shape. First off, she was rough and I now have cuts on my cuticles. The white was chunky and so was the acrylic. The coffin shape was not a coffin shape. Not to mention, she didn’t clean around the nails, so there was still acrylic there. She was so rude when I asked for my money back, she said she’d take the nails off which was fine, but I didn’t want her touch me again, I said if she’d give me a clipper, I’d clip them off and she wouldn’t have to touch me. This nail salon is good. I love the color selection and they do a good job. There have been times, I had to bring something to their attention but they immediately corrected it. I used to go to another nail salon in the area named Laurel and I got sick of them. Many times I would have to return within the week to have my nails fixed because they didn’t get it right the first time.
