Lady asked how long I wanted them & didn’t even give me a chance to answer before she cut the first nail tip very short. I asked if she could redo them please & make them a little longer because that’s what I prefer.. she got an attitude & started literally ripping the nail tips off of my nails actually ripping a piece of my nail off & making 2 nails bleed. Was very rude & rough. Will NOT go back !

SO I have gone here MANY times and although they do a great job on nails, their initial service is angering. You call to ask if they’re busy and they say no come now. You come and have to sit and wait. We waited for 1/2 hour and asked how much longer. They said almost done. Because I am busy and have other things scheduled today I said my daughter and I were gonna pick up a prescription at HyVee and be right back. Took a total of 6 minutes. Great artists. Terrible manners. Learn how to be more kind to your customers. I walked into the shop and said hello with a smile and nothing was said to me. I waited almost an hour to get one nail fixed and not a single person said anything to me until I was shown wear to sit. Cold environment.

This was the 2nd time I had to sit and wait for over an hour while the other walkins were getting help 1st. I will NOT give them a 3rd time.
