I came here for a soak off and was charged $15 for them to just drill off what I had on my nails. They didn’t even remove all of the product, and also severely damaged and over drilled my nails down. Never coming back here.

The last time I visited this place a few years ago, it was really nice and I had a great experience. This time was unfortunately my last. My technician cut me many times as you can see in the picture. I didn't want to embarrass her but I declined continuing to getting my nails painted and was ready to leave. It was hard to communicate but she was kind and was trying her best. I paid and I tipped anyways but I do want to share my experience.
