Went for Deluxe pedicure on 07/15/22. Waited 20 minutes to be sat. No problem as I was a walk-in. Was sat in chair and was ignored for 30 minutes. Water got cold, but still understood because they were very busy and I was a walk-in. Once pedicure finally began (30 min. and cold water later) here is how it went. 1) did not remove all of old polish. Still had many spots on multiple toes 2) asked to cut nails - missed two entirely.
