This is my second time coming to this nail salon it will definitely be my last. Each time I’ve been here it’s been a very bad experience. How do you spend nearly 2 hours on a basic pedicure and still not do a good job. I won’t even get started on the service for my nails.
Updated review: I came back for complementary gel because my previous set was bumpy and chipping after one week. The owner Joyce fixed my nails and explained that the bumpy nails form the first set is because I asked for them to remove my hard gel instead of getting a fill (my nails had grown out and I figured I don't need the hard gel) I wish Lilly had communicated that they would be bumpy if I remove it instead of getting a fill, because I would have definitely not removed the hard gel if that was the case. These nails are absolutely perfect! I’ve been going to the nail salon for the past almost year now everytime I bring in a photo of what I want they do it exactly! Great affordable prices AND usf student discount too!
Such great work. Looks like tigers eye! But cat eye polish!
