Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. I gave this place a chance because of the reviews and I figured if it’s in Mountain Brook it has to be pretty good. Not the case! The place is very dirty and unorganized. My manicure was possibly the worst one I’ve ever had and the lady chopped all my nails super short even after we discussed I wanted to keep my nails long. (I had some super long nails that I was excited about! But two had broken so she may them all the size of the two that had broken 🤦♀️ not what we discuss... read more
Got powder on my nails and the next day they chipped. I had to go back twice to get them fixed. She filled my powder in with gel and it peeled off the next day. The last Time I went they were very rude and said it was my fault they kept chipping. I have had powder numerous times and have never had them chip. Also, they did their powder with the wrong techniques. Currently all of the nails have air bubbles in them but I will not go back and endure their rudeness. Do not go here.
I couldn’t go to my usual nail place so I went here. I waited 30min past my scheduled appointment time. My experience getting my acrylics taken off and new ones put on was extremely painful. Instead of soaking off my acrylics, they pried them off even when I said that they were hurting me. They used an old nail filling drill which got extremely hot when used for more then 10 seconds. I needed a last minute SNS polish change, when I walked in no one was in there, I didn’t even think they were open. At that point I should’ve just turned around & left. I’ve been getting my nails done for years & I have never left with my nails looking worse. I’ve gotten the dip powder for several years now, & it has NEVER started coming off the day I got them done. This picture is from 2 days later, I am completely appalled & I hope no one else EVER has the same experience that I did.
I love this place so much! I go to the same nail salon and it is always the best experience. The people are so nice and take care of your needs.
