Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional experience my family has ever had at a nail salon. Last night, my grandmother, my mother, and I came in to Happy Nail Salon. My grandmother received a pedicure and manicure. Around 6:50pm, she was seated to let her simple nail polish manicure dry. We repeatedly told the manager that her nails were not dry yet, but he insisted the service was complete and rushed us to leave. Friendly staff. Cleanliness is great.
I came in for a fill in pedicure and a short full set both with gel polish SOLID COLOR and the total came up to 135 which is confusing, not to mention I waited 2 hours just to be seated and my square nails are oval, also the man was awfully rough doing my hands.
