We financed a 2001 suburban from Jay at Happy Motors a few years ago. During our finance time, Jay sadly passed away. We began to deal with Murphy in absence of Jay and were even more pleased with the way Murphy does business. We were in a tough situation the owner was willing to help is but of course didn't mention all the other fees on top of what we put down so we had to come up with more at the time of the down payment also him "working with us" was letting us go so broke we couldn't pay our other bills when we got our first check we were supposed to pay every two weeks and we ha to pay our first payment days after we paid the down payment. I bought a 02 jeta and the car looked great inside and out. It wasn't long before check engine lights were on. When I did a tune up it had original plugs yet I was told it was tuned up just before I got it long story short I replaced a cat head gasket water pump all with in the first year
