I had a really great experience. I hadn’t ever tried acupuncture before but believed in its ability to heal. I received additional suggestions of how to care for my physical and mental health and was prescribed belly breathing, a certain combination of fruits and veg in the morning and a thinking meditation. It was exactly what I needed. I wasn’t able to raise my arm all of the way due to a surgery, after the acupuncture the next day my arm mobility was back to perfect. I’m very grateful for this Dr and will be back!
