Roman combines exceptional skill with genuine care. The massage and scrub were wonderful, but what made the experience special was his attention to detail, professionalism, and the way he created a safe, informed, and relaxing environment. I left feeling both refreshed and cared for.
I've been to Happy Leo on several occasions and Roman is the best! His office has a very relaxing vibe which immediately sets you at ease. He's methodical, professional and thoroughly talks you through each procedure to set expectations. I've been to other spas and it seems like they're just going through the motions. I keep coming back to Happy Leo because nothing beats how my skin feels after a facial here! This time I also had a full body massage, and it was amazing. Roman (the cosmetologist) is my absolute favorite - as a doctor, I’m very picky about who touches my face, and I completely trust him. And Roman (the massage therapist) really knows how to release the deepest tension in stressed muscles. Both are true professionals. Thank you for always making me feel amazing 🫰🫰
