I had a very frustrating experience with Happy Kids Pediatrics. There seems to be a significant language barrier that makes communication difficult, especially when trying to ask questions or fully understand care instructions. It’s also confusing because there doesn’t appear to be a consistent receptionist or clear point of contact, which makes scheduling and follow-up more stressful than it should be. We are honestly really sad to be leaving Happy Kids Pediatrics because we truly wanted it to work out. Unfortunately, there were just too many ongoing issues that made it hard to continue care there. The waiting room often has no AC, and there is no true receptionist or nurse — the doctor is basically a one-man show. Wait times are almost always longer than 15–20 minutes, and we were even told “you can stay or you can go,” which did not feel very patient-focused or professional. Best pediatrician ever! She listens to every concern and is extremely thorough! My children were very comfortable with her. We are very blessed to now see her for medical care!!
Dr. Chaudry was absolutely amazing. Took my 3 year old in for her annual checkup. Had a very friendly greeting when we walked in. My daughter was immediately comfortable and started talking up a storm to her and her student.
We love Dr. Chaudry! She really cares about my kids and they love coming to see her. She really has eased my oldest's anxiety towards doctors and he doesn't panic when he walks in the door.
