Very rude and they violate HIPPA laws and when called out on it they were rude, gave excuses, then they began talking about me and became more rude.
Apparently they do not want customers. I have a temporary placement of my niece and presented the paperwork I was given by DCS only to be told it would not work. Funny this is the exact same paperwork has worked to get my niece insurance, enrolled in school, a permit, and seen at the hospital but for some reason doesn't work here. To be honest I am glad they didn't want to accept my paperwork to be honest with you. Great place.. ladys that work there are very caring and sweet. My favorite nurse is Vanessa 😊❤️🥰 other than that great place.. keep up the good work everyone 👏
