OMG terrible i chose this place because is the closest to my house, its being 8 years the i take my kids here and almost every appoinment they make us wait more than 30 minutes ! it does not matter how early you arrive! The attendant even told me they double book and today she told me every place is like that! Why they even give you an appoinment???? i never complained because had the time but today i dont have the time it is frustrating to be waiting in the hard chairs with kids .... el lugar parece bueno pero el personal es pésimo y en cuanto alas citas fuera de la clinica para especialistas es mucho peor o no te atienden o nunca te llaman y hay no es bien latoso la verdad no lo recomiendo
The only reason this place isn’t getting a 2 star is because how amazing Dr Araceli is . Her and her medical assistant (didn’t get a chance to get his name ) are some of the most amazing people I’ve met . Araceli takes her time with her patients and make sure she goes over every concern ,would give her a 10/10 recommend for any parent who needs a pediatrician . Her medical assistant was so nice and inform on anything he did .
I don’t know why all the bad reviews I love this place the times I’ve been here they are so understanding and explain things so good . Everyone is so friendly doctor Araceli is really nice and went above and beyond . And another doctor I can’t remember his name but he also was very nice the last time I brought my daughter here !they give you appointment same day and the waiting is not bad at all they called me in within 3 minutes of arriving .
The Dr speaks no English. Refuses to listen to concerns or follow protocol from the surgeon. Has up to date records and refuses to give surgery clearance because she doesn't have the recent MRI. I spoke with Happy Kids and confirmed they had all required docs before even scheduling this appt. The last time they didn't send my child's back referral 2 months ago delaying her treatment for that frm a sports injury and now we need stat foot surgery and they are delaying.
