On our second visit to this Dr she belittled me in front of my child as I was unable to answer her questions regarding how my daughter felt on a certain medication, and did not assist with any follow-up questions. She did not once direct the question to my daughter, and threatened to end our visit due to my being emotional without the desperately needed prescription. Incredibly rude and not understanding of neurodivergent families. I have lodged a complaint twice with no response.

One of the worst experiences I've had with any Dr, especially in childrens development. They charge $550 for an appointment. Dr Gunasiri did not even greet us at the door. She then went on to spend over 10 minutes of our session reading reports she should have read before hand. Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I had a deeply upsetting experience with this pediatrician that I feel compelled to share. My daughter and I arrived for our appointment fifteen minutes late after receiving a call from the receptionist confirming that the doctor would still see us if we arrived within that window.
