Would not recommend Dr. Lakshinie Gunasiri for any review related to neurodivergence. We had an appointment with Dr. Gunasiri sometime ago for suspected ASD in my daughter. I left the appointment in tears feeling dismissed and disappointed after was told by Dr. Gunasiri that my daughter's issues were likely due to my parenting. After being on the waitlist and paying over $500, I was given a brochure to a parenting seminar which left me heartbroken. All the horror stories here were enough call for concern. Cancelled our initial appointment before we paid the $100 deposit. The reason for our review is a completely unprofessional, almost bored, unapologetic reception staff who could have cared less and offered zero compassion or care when it was reflected back to them.
