I had a very thorough consult that lasted over an hour with Dr Lakshinie. The clinician asked a lot of questions and ensured I felt my money was well spent. She spoke about characteristics of children and emphasized that a child’s personality and quirky behaviors can be natural and do not necessarily indicate a diagnosis. I attended this clinic in October 2024 for an ADHD assessment for my 7-year-old son. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely distressing for both of us. Throughout the appointment, I felt dismissed and blamed, and I left in tears with my son also very upset.
