I have been a customer of ********************** for more than a decade. They are the absolute best in the business. Friendly team and always trying to do the best for their employees and customers.
I wish I could say I had a great experience with Happy Jewelers, but I had the opposite. Not only is their customer service horrendous they basically ghosted me when I was trying to purchase a watch. They kept telling me ******************** will reach out in a couple days. Thats understandable but when he finally did, he replied to me once or twice before fully ghosting me. Was mislead they post an advertisement as if they have wholesale prices made a video an showed all these items I have the video an when I called in they gave me retail prices im a business wit a wholesaler license they pass the phone to different people wit out a regard for professionalism
