I went to Yasmin for a hynotherapy session. After the session I felt so calm in my body and mind and it lasted for a few days! From there I listening to the recording of our session at least 2 to 3 times a week for over a month! I am afraid to say I don’t have those thoughts or the body dysmorphic feelings! I am so thankful and feel a freedom from how enslaved I was to my thoughts!! I will return for sure! And I thank her profusely! Of course it’s a partnership - I had to use those recordings to come to this place as well!

Yasmine is truly an exceptional hypnotherapist. She has a brilliant way of explaining, understanding and helping others. Aside from her individual work, she hosted and gave an amazing Support Circle Meditation and Learning Session for our organization which everyone absolutely loved and gained so much from.
I have been smoke free ever since I met with Yasmine to quit smoking. Never did I think I would be able to quit, but here I am 28 days later smoke free and dont want to ever smoke again. Yasmine helped me with the impossible.
