Wow, Happy Hybrid was a fantastic find! I’ve historically used dealership but they’ve reduced their interest in hybrid services and with an inoperable car I wanted a place specializing in hybrids. From the first phone call the administrative staff, Megan, was wonderful in answering questions and even had the service manager, Mark, call to discuss my issue before scheduling a diagnostic appointment. Mark diagnosed my car a full day before my appointment and, to my amazement, had it repaired and ready for pickup within 48 hour... read more
