Took my Prius in for a diagnostic and an oil change while they were at it. Whoever changed my oil filter overtightened the cap, badly. There is a spec. Follow the spec. This unfortunately is one of those errors that is not externally visible. Watching the garage staff also did not inspire a lot of confidence.

I did not do any business with Happy Hybrid; I just called to get an opinion about an issue with my new Prius Prime. The fact that Mark took the time to discuss this issue with me when he, no doubt, had other things to do really helped me make up my mind about whether to keep the vehicle or not. Thanks, Mark, for taking the time to be a "good neighbor" and help your fellow Austinite out. 🙏
