Wow, Happy Hybrid was a fantastic find! I’ve historically used dealership but they’ve reduced their interest in hybrid services and with an inoperable car I wanted a place specializing in hybrids. From the first phone call the administrative staff, Megan, was wonderful in answering questions and even had the service manager, Mark, call to discuss my issue before scheduling a diagnostic appointment. Been to this place a few times, and they always deliver! They recently did a AC inspection for free for me and helped top off my refrigerant before a big road trip. Thank y'all!!
Had battery issues with our Hyundai Sonata hybrid that left my husband stranded on the side of the road. Our regular mechanic recommended Happy Hybrid. Even though they were completely booked up and stuffed to the gills, HH made room for the tow truck to drop off after hours. Then they were able to replace just the one bad cell and the plug that had also gone bad. Total cost was less than 1/10 of what I had feared.
