Booked for an event in April of 2025 but due to a physical injury I am not able to attend. Asked if I could change my dates to April 2026 and was initially told yes but when I tried to change the dates online I was not able to. I asked if they could accommodate my change since I was not able to online and was told no, and that I would have to cancel, which means losing half my deposit.
