Called them on a Monday to schedule a house cleaning for that Friday at 10am. 10:30 rolls around and nobody has shown up. Called them up to see why no one had come by and they told me that they had no idea of the appointment I had set and asked if I wanted to schedule another day for a cleaning. I kinda declined and decided to handle it myself. Gotta love local business!
