We love bringing Finn to the Happy Hound! As owners of an older, small dog, he's not always the most agreeable, but the Happy Hound staff is always super friendly and amazingly patient with him, especially when he acts like a cranky old man. He's stayed over night and stayed for the day - and both times he was having so much fun he didn't want to leave! More important, Finn always feels like a priority for the staff, even when there's lots of other things going on.
Great staff who truly cares about the well being of the pups! Willing to accommodate any request! Our boy Rusty gets SUPER excited for doggy daycare days and loves heading in to play! Haven't used their boarding services yet - but we plan to in the future!
Amazing facility! My 3 fur babies had a long extended stay. When I picked them up their tails were wagging, happy barking and just full of joy! The staff was friendly and courteous and my hub and me were very impressed with this facility. Very clean and lots of room for the kids to romp around. HHR is everything we wanted for our pups. Thank you very much HHR. We will always be life long customers.
I checked out Happy Hound Dog Resort as an option when I need a full day of uninterrupted sleep between back-to-back night shifts. I first attended a few of the Wednesday night Parents and Paws free play to introduce my miniature schnauzer, Brody, to the facility. He now has gone a couple different days for day care. Each time he gets outs of the car, he is very eager to get to the front door of Happy Hounds to romp with the other dogs. An awesome kennel with the friendliest staff we've ever had the pleasure of interacting with! They truly care about the dogs that use and stay within their care, and are always more than happy to make the pooches as comfortable as possible. From the moment we first walked into the daycare canter, we felt more like family than customers. The prices and facilities are fantastic as well, and I'm now very much sold on trusting them with my dogs over any other kennel! Keep up the great work guys!
I love the free range the dogs get inside. Most daycare places around here keep them in kennels and then let them out a few times a day. This place has the dogs out all day! They care so well for the dogs and the people who work there have a genuine love of dogs. They put them down for naps if need be and take them out for potty breaks. I just boarded my 6month old pups for a week and they had a blast. I was able to look in on them using the webcam and everytimevthey were playing and wagging their tails. I could not be happier with the staff and owners. Happy Hounds has become a favorite spot for me and my fur babies. They are home now and completely exhausted!
We love Happy Hound (for boarding and doggy daycare)... Our high energy lab-husky dog Willow the most of all. The facility is super clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. You can tell that everyone there loves what they do.
I am totally delighted with Happy Hounds. Started taking my puppy there when he was just 14 wks old (he is now a year) also have a second rescue dog I adopted in March. They are "my boys" . Whenever my boys are there-I have peace of mind knowing they are well taken care of and they come home happy and tired! Just can't express how glad I am to have Happy Hounds here with us on the Westside :).
