Sam came and repaired a leak in our hot tub in about an hour. Another company tried telling me the only way to find the leak was to stand the tub and go through the bottom, which started at $1000. Sam is very professional and explains everything well. Definitely our go to hot tub guy now!!

Sam showed up when he said he would. Fixed the problem quickly for a fair price. Had the necessary parts with him. Even gave me some product advice. He's my hot tub guy now.

Sam was an absolute professional. I am so thankful for the reviews on Google as I researched him diligently before calling him. We are so grateful for his knowledge, direct work ethic and reasonable rates. We really wanted to get the hot tub working again and were lucky that he was a "jack of all trades" for hot tubs. We cut out the middle man and the overhead by going direct to the technician. Sam had all of the parts and fixed it on site. Cambridge area.
