Fantastic job by Sam at Happy Hot Tub! We had a new pump and shutoffs as well as a new housing on the second pump installed and tested in a very professional and efficient manner. Sam showed up exactly when he had scheduled and was very reasonably priced and we couldn’t be happier. Don’t hesitate to call for service I’m positive you will be a happy hottub owner !!
Though they do not currently service Woodstock, they were helpful in finding me the replacement motor I needed

We noticed the water level on our hot tub dropping faster than usual, I removed the panels and found a leak. I was searching for a trustworthy repair company and saw that happy hot tubs had a lot of great reviews. I sent them an email with pictures and Sam responded promptly with date and time. He showed up at exactly the time he gave and was able to find the leaking issue and had it repaired within the hour. Super professional, great price. Highly recommended. Sam was an absolute professional. I am so thankful for the reviews on Google as I researched him diligently before calling him. We are so grateful for his knowledge, direct work ethic and reasonable rates. We really wanted to get the hot tub working again and were lucky that he was a "jack of all trades" for hot tubs. We cut out the middle man and the overhead by going direct to the technician. Sam had all of the parts and fixed it on site. Cambridge area.
