Sam arrived on time found the problem, repaired the issue and gave some great advice on chemical use. I would recommend Sam for any of your hot tub issues.

Good service, right up to the point where the customer asks questions and literally gets yelled at for it. That loses a few stars. Enjoy his work but ask solution based questions at your own peril. Btw: Deck Adjacent/Partial hot tubs in Canada 20-25%. Sam doesn't like these. He may not even work with you.

I have used numerous hut tub companies over the years and very few have left me satisfied. A couple of years ago someone recommended Happy Hot Tub. I needed a major refurb and Sam did it for half the price another company quoted..Most recently i contacted Sam over a heating issue. He called me and talked through a resetting of the control panel. FOLLOWUP: I have worked in one form of customer support or another, my whole life - If my director discovered me yelling at my customer, I would expect to be writing my resignation.
